Every decision you make drains a piece of your daily cognitive battery.

If you spend energy figuring out what to wear, what to eat, or when to check messages, you have less brainpower left when it’s time to negotiate contracts or solve strategic business problems.

Day 8 Micro-Habit: Decision-Minimization

  • Identify 3 repetitive, low-stakes decisions you make daily.
  • Create a default rule or standard system for them (e.g., batching all internal calls to Thursdays, eating the same lunch, templating daily routines).
  • Remove the choice entirely so your brain doesn’t have to evaluate it every morning.

Save your highest mental energy for the decisions that actually generate revenue and growth.
