Not all hours in your workday are created equal.

One hour of focused work when your brain is operating at peak energy produces more output than three hours of fatigued work at the end of the day.

Day 19 Micro-Habit: Energy-Mapping

  • Identify your personal daily focus peak (e.g., early morning vs. mid-morning vs. late evening).
  • Block your most intellectually demanding task—strategy, writing, development—during that peak window.
  • Move routine operational chores (file organization, expense tracking, quick replies) to your daily energy troughs.

Work with your natural biological energy rhythms, not against them.

Are you using your daily peak energy hours for high-value creation, or wasting them on routine admin work?
